Hot Water Extraction Method

Rapid Steamers’ hot-water extraction has been proven to
remove even the deepest soil, safely and gently, making it
the recommended choice of both carpet and fiber
manufacturers.

Rapid Steamers loosens and lifts ground-in dirt and soil,
extracts deep-down dirt, cleaning solution and 95% of the
moisture (accelerating the drying time)

Rapid Steamers leaves no soapy residue, while helping to
remove dust, mites, allergens and other microscopic
pollutants that collect in your carpet (–i.e. irritants which can
trigger allergies and other breathing problems).

Pre-Visit

Remove breakables or valuable items from the rooms being
cleaned. Our technicians will handle moving furniture and
other items the day they arrive.

During the Visit

Pre-inspection of the rooms and/or items to be cleaned
heavily soiled areas or traffic patterns.

Our technicians will handle moving furniture and other items
(except very large items, such as pianos, china cabinets,
entertainment armoires, etc.)
Pre-treat any areas of concern, and then clean the entire
area using our hot water extraction method.

Apply any requested deodorizer or protector, and groom the
carpet.

Return your furniture to its original location, placing
protection under the legs. Once all rooms/upholstery have
been serviced, the technicians will complete a final inspection
with you to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with cleaning

Post-Visit

Carpet or upholstery may still be damp to the touch.

Using fans in any rooms cleaned and turning your air
conditioning system on can help accelerate drying time.

You may walk on your carpet immediately after cleaning

Be especially careful when walking from damp, carpeted
areas on to non-carpeted areas to avoid slipping.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the
work performed, simply notify us within ten days of the
cleaning and we will be happy to address any concerns you
may have.

Leave the protection under furniture legs and any paper used
with upholstered items in place until the carpet and/or
furniture is completely dry to avoid any color transfer.
